It is frustrating when the information you are looking for does not show up immediately. However please note that the data for your appliance usage breakdown has to be downloaded from our servers when you access your my.neur.io account or the mobile app.
If you're not seeing your appliance usage breakdown, wait a full 5 minutes and then refresh the page.
If you are using the mobile app and it is still not coming up, please try signing off and back in to your account on the app.
