My Neurio is connected to my WiFi network, why isn't it sending data?

Neurio needs to synchronize its clock before it begins reporting energy data to the cloud.  It does so using the Network Time Protocol (NTP) and is configured to query '' for time.  If you're certain that Neurio is connected to your WiFi network, but it still doesn't seem to be sending data, check with your Internet Service provider (ISP) to see if they have any restrictions on the use of NTP.
