I can't connect to my WEP network. What's wrong?

The original firmware shipped with Neurio is unable to accept WEP keys entered in hexadecimal format.  To work around this, users are asked to change their networks to an alternate security format (e.g. WPA2), or change their WEP key to one that can be entered as ASCII text.  Updated firmware that is automatically deployed to Neurio will correct this issue, allowing users to revert to WEP security with their original password if they wish.
