I'm having trouble creating a my.neur.io account. What can I do to troubleshoot?

If you're having difficulties with account creation on my.neur.io (such as not receiving an activation email), try some of these troubleshooting steps to see if one of them resolves the issue.  If none of these tips work, please contact support@neur.io.

1. Check your SPAM folder to see if the activation email was accidentally sent there.
2. Check your email periodically (sometimes there can be delays in receiving emails, but we are working to correct this).
3. Power cycle the Neurio sensor either by disconnecting the power wires and reconnecting them, or switching the breakers that it's connected to on and off.
4. Step through the commissioning process again.  Be super careful entering in your email address, ensuring that there are no extra characters before, within, or after the address (including spaces).  Note that on Android, if you use swipe, it automatically adds a space by default.
