Why can't I log in to the Neurio app?

Logging into the Neurio app requires that you have already installed your Neurio Sensor and activated an account on my.neur.io.

When you get your Neurio Sensor and successfully complete installation and registration, it'll automatically send you an account activation email with instructions on setting up an account on my.neur.io. You can then use your account details to log in to the app.

If you have not gone through the setup process yet, please reach out to your installer if you used one. If not, please refer to the welcome guide for instructions on how to register your Neurio Sensor.
