There's something wrong with my Neurio hardware, how can I return it?

Think there's something wrong with your Neurio Sensor?  Contact us at support@neur.io and we'll see if we can help figure it out.  If it turns out that your Neurio Sensor does need to be returned, repaired, or replaced, and the product is still covered under warranty, we'll get you started on the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process to make things move as smoothly and efficiently as possible so that you can get Neurio up and running again.
